1. How to Return or Exchange a Product

  • Exchange Delivery: Approved exchanges will be shipped within 3–7 working days after processing.

2. Steps for a Return

  1. Inform Us: Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide Proof: For damaged or incorrect products, share a clear unboxing video showing the issue before arranging the return.
  3. Return Window: Products may be returned within 3 days of receipt only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item in its original condition and packaging.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice included.
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Any product returned without proper tags or packaging may be sent back to the customer, and a refund will be refused.

4. Return Shipment Process

  • Pack the item securely with all original materials.
  • Contact our support team to arrange pickup or shipping instructions.

5. International Returns

  • Contact our support team before initiating an international return.

6. Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Items lost in transit.
  • Incorrect items shipped by us.

7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may follow the return process after delivery.
